Orange blossom, lime and resin, with white pepper, honey, chalk and a touch of salinity, over chipped stone and notes of tea.

- Fresh and well structured, with a long finish that opens in successive layers. Taut and complex, full of individuality and character.

- Vinification
- Field blend of white grapes from the old vineyards. Hand harvested and foot trodden in the press, two days on the skins, then gentle pressing and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in used barrels.
- Ageing
- 12 months in used French oak from Burgundy, then more than two years in bottle.
